What I Do
I am passionate about psychology and wellness, helping people evolve into better versions of themselves. I offer a holistic transformative approach to standard psychology techniques and services. I guide and facilitate processes of self-discovery; meeting you where you are on your journey to actualise your immense potential.
I believe that people respond better in an authentic, warm, non-judgemental psychological space, and I endeavour to provide this through my therapy services. By adopting an open and responsive approach to clients, and facilitating a healing and secure space where they feel safe enough to work collaboratively with me, my clients are able to be their authentic selves and reveal their personal vulnerabilities.
I am passionate about developing whole brain thinking in individuals, and can help you develop and sustain your creativity, and apply creative solutions to your problems. As a strong proponent of positive mental health, I am here to help you bring about your personal process of healing and transformation, through giving you a safe space to breathe, to let go and to grow, whether in-person or through virtual counselling sessions.
I believe that simplicity and authenticity is key to both life and therapeutic self-discovery. I am here to support you in a simple, authentic way on your journey to healing, especially across the key areas of Life Transition and Change, Family and Relationships, and Trauma, and Loss.
